Quick 'n' Easy High Protein Lunch Recipe

Sometimes when I don't know what to eat, I combine mini meals, that when added together make a decent meal. Yesterday for lunch (after my cardio workout) I put together a high protein, moderate carb post workout lunch/meal.
Protein Pancakes, Greek yogurt & Tea Meal

Pancakes:
Flourish Plant-Based Protein Pancake Mix, Original (0.33 cup or 53g)

Instructions:

Pancakes:
Mix Pancake mix with water for desired consistency (read directions on package)
Cook pancake mix in a pan on stove.
Spread Nut & seed butter and strawberry spread on pancakes
Greek Yogurt
Scoop yogurt into a bowl.
Pour SinFit Syrup and mix
Steep Tea Latte
Make Steep Tea in Keurig as per Keurig instructions (Black & Sugar Free)
Pour Almond Cashew milk into a separate microwave safe mug and warm for 60 seconds (full power / level 10), stir and put it back in for 60 seconds level 8 power.
Mix the steep tea and the warm/hot milk together, stir and add the sweetener (stevia/monk-fruit)
